Kelli Skaggs, MSW, LISW-S, LCSW-QS, LMSW

Kelli has over a decade of experience providing mental health care to her clients. She strives to create an environment where her clients feel heard and comfortable. Kelli's clients often find her easy to related to due to her laid back nature and humor.

"I love to work with adults with ADHD, executive functioning issues, anxiety, depression, and gender identity. I see clients (age 15+) in person in Sarasota, FL and virtually throughout Florida, Ohio and Michigan. Being a therapist is my passion and I love helping people find hope and excitement in life. I bring humor and an easy going nature to my sessions."  

 Kelli specializes in neurodiversity-affirming ADHD and Autism evaluations, offering thorough assessments with detailed reports that provide a clearer picture of unique strengths and areas for growth. "What sets my assessments apart is my extensive, specialized training, which brings a deeper level of expertise and insight into each evaluation."

Siân Lewis, MSW, LSW

Siân's energy and warm nature is apparent in the therapy room. She has vast experience helping her clients navigate trauma, crisis intervention, ADHD and dual diagnosis. Siân provides an empathic, safe space for clients to heal and work towards their personal goals.

​Siân graduated with a Master’s in Social Work from The Ohio State University. She has worked with adults and adolescents in a community setting, corrections, hospital and school social work, and out-patient addiction treatment.

Brooke has a dedication to the growth and comfort of her clients. She works from a strengths based framework to elicit growth and change in her sessions. Brooke has gained skills working in hospital, medical and private practice settings with adults with diverse needs. Brooke’s clients say they feel relaxed and accepted in session, with an openness to discuss whatever they need that day and to make impactful changes. 

"I have an eagerness to bring to all of my sessions with my clients to help you get to a great place in navigating struggles. I am certified in CBT and use this and other skills in specialty area of trauma, mood disorders, complex relationships, anxiety and depression."   

Brooke holds a masters degree from The University of Akron and is an LSW (licensed social worker) in the state of Ohio and a registered telehealth clinical social work intern in Florida. Brooke provides virtual therapy in Ohio and Florida.

Jill specializes in working with women, as they navigate the complexities of their lives, career paths, relationships, and self-discovery. Her expertise focuses on women's issues, especially in young adulthood, providing support through the exciting—and sometimes overwhelming—process of coming of age. She’s passionate about creating a space to navigate growing into the person you want to be.

She brings a creative approach, helping you tap into tools like journaling, storytelling, or art to explore your emotions and discover new perspectives. Therapy doesn’t have to feel so heavy— she like to keep things relatable and use humor to make the process feel a little lighter while working through the tough stuff.

Brajan is a post masters Licensed Registered Clinical Social Work Intern offering a genuine, compassionate care tailored to your unique needs. His person-centered approach ensures you're truly heard and supported on your journey to well-being. He works with his clients to pinpoint the factors needed to move you to therapy goals.

"I like to employ person-centered approaches along with popular models such as CBT and EMDR. My additional specialization in neuropsychology offers psychotherapy that integrates various modalities grounded in evidence-based practice and brain functioning. I'm here to give the care you deserve with genuine, curious, and empowering psychotherapy."

Brajan has completed two separate Master's Programs: one in Psychology in Poland and one in Social Work from Florida. His extensive specialty in working with children, youth, adults and families bring skill and care to therapy sessions.

Kim is a compassion driven therapist with a Masters degree in Social Work from the Ohio State University, dedicated to supporting both individuals and couples through personal and relational healing.

Using trauma-informed practices like EMDR, the Gottman method, EFCT, and IFS, Kim is dedicated to creating a supportive, non-judgmental space to empower clients to rebuild trust, renew harmony, and restore hope.

Kim specializes in treating anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, communication issues, infidelity, and libido differences.

On a personal note, Kim has been married for 30+ years, enjoys hiking, and has lived up and down the east coast from Virginia to NYC to Ohio to Florida.

Alex DeLeon, MSW, LSW

Alex specializes in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns, including those in recovery or struggling with relapse. He also helps individuals facing stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and the lasting effects of difficult life experiences. 

Using a blend of EMDR, CBT, and other evidence-based approaches, Alex tailors therapy to what works best for you. Whether that’s processing past trauma, breaking unhealthy patterns, or building healthier coping strategies, his laid-back, down-to-earth style can make it easy to open up, even about the tough stuff. 

"I try to make therapy feel like sitting down with someone who gets you. My hope is that therapy with me feels safe, natural, and even relaxing—while still being productive and transformative."
