Serving Clients in Florida and Ohio
Everyone comes to therapy for different reasons, and we're here to work with you on what you're going through, no matter where you have been. Life can get overwhelming, and sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. Our goal is to help you find what works best for you and create a space where we can figure out what helps you feel more balanced and supported.
We are affirming of all and here to give you a safe and supportive space where you can explore your identity, work through the challenges you're facing, and grow into the best version of yourself. It’s all about helping you feel seen, heard, and supported as you embrace who you truly are.
Neurodiversity-affirming therapy recognizes and celebrates the different ways people experience the world. We understand there are multiple ways of thinking and different brain styles. It's about embracing your strengths and helping you thrive in a way that feels right for you.
In therapy, dealing with anxiety and depression means working together to find coping strategies that fit you, while also digging into the deeper issues that might be contributing to what you're feeling. It’s about understanding what’s going on and finding ways to feel better, step by step.
We aim to create a space to foster positive growth in a comfortable environment. We love all humans and in our LGBTQI+ and neurodiversity affirming practice, we are passionate about creating a space where you feel safe and empowered. We work with adolescents and adults to establish a renewed sense of mental wellness.
We will work with you to address your personal reason for seeking therapy. We all benefit from different things and at different times. Navigating these stressors is overwhelming and hope to find that balance and explore what helps you feel empowered to elicit growth and change.
We like to think of ourselves as down-to-earth therapists. We're humans first, and we want therapy to feel easy and relaxed. We’re all about keeping things real and approachable—no complicated jargon here! Plus, we’re all animal lovers and welcome everyone, no matter who you are. Therapy doesn’t have to be serious all the time; we make it fun and comfortable for you.
