We are in-network and able to accept Aetna and Florida Blue (BCBS).
With all others, we are considered an out of network provider which means that we do not take insurance as payment.
Insurance companies require things in therapy sessions that aren't always what a person needs such as: time restrictions of sessions, diagnosis requirement, determining care, limiting number of sessions, etc. Because of this, we chose to be out of network so you can get the therapy you truly want.
We can provide you with a “super bill” (aka the paperwork) to submit to your insurance for reimbursement depending on your ONN benefits. It is up to you to determine if you have ONN benefits. We can not guarantee any reimbursement of services rendered. We have worked with a few external companies that help clients with this, feel free to ask for that info.
You will receive a Good Faith Estimate for OON services under the No Surprise Act.
This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use our service. It also informs you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
We use your personal data to provide and improve our service. By using the service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy was created with the help of the Privacy Policy Generator.
