Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes, weekly or biweekly, but we’ll collaborate to find what works for you.

We are in-network with Aetna, BCBC (Anthem, FL Blue, etc), Cigna, Ohio Healthy, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Meritain, Gulf Coast Provider Network (SMH Meritain), and Medicare*. For out-of-network or private pay clients, we provide superbills upon request. *Medicare only accepted with certain providers.

Nope! Some people choose not to. While we do accept certain insurance plans, using insurance can sometimes limit how many sessions you’re allowed or require a diagnosis to be shared. Paying out-of-pocket gives you more privacy and flexibility—like choosing your frequency of sessions and focusing on your goals without restrictions.

Yes! We accept HSA and FSA cards for all eligible services.
